In early March, we announced VeeGo 360 for continuous and intermittent remote patient monitoring, extending care into the home to improve overall chronic and critical care.

RPM is becoming more popular among the healthcare industry and consumers for its convenience and, more importantly, its effectiveness in providing efficient care for patients. According to a study conducted by MSI International, “4 out of 5 Americans are in favor of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM), and nearly one-half are very favorable towards incorporating it into medical care.”

The study also found:

  • 43% of those surveyed said that greater convenience is a major benefit
  • 39% said more efficiency is a benefit
  • 37% said more control over personal health is a benefit
  • 36% said more accuracy is a benefit
  • 36% said peace of mind is a benefit

Why VeeGo 360?

VeeGo 360 is not a niche RPM product or device but rather a complete solution platform covering all parts of delivering virtual care at home and on the go. It enables providers and physician specialists to cover services, including care management and monitoring, and to effectively manage patients in the post-acute and chronic care world. To ensure seamless transitions for both patients and physicians, we focus on offering a complete turnkey solution to providers and healthcare systems by providing components based on their unique needs. With our technology workflows, providers can connect to their patients no matter where they are in the system or whatever the type of encounter their particular patient needs.

What makes a successful RPM program?

Technology is just one component of a successful RPM program.  It requires all of the components and logistics in addition to building a complete system: getting the equipment to the patient, keeping the patient engaged to avoid them from dropping the program, having accurate and timely patient information coming in for the healthcare management system, and having 24-hour support with case managers and providers. On top of it all, analyzing data and managing that process is also vital in driving successful care management.

How we empower both patients and physicians:

VeeGo 360 was designed to reach beyond chronic care. Monitoring patients remotely involves all aspects of the care delivery system, and we believe RPM has the capability of managing patients from a wellness perspective all the way to critical care. That’s why we built a workflow and technology which enables providers to handle everything through the whole continuum of care.

As a software company, we’re hardware agnostic: we find the best hardware products and devices available to patients, and that measure up to the standard of quality that the care management team can feel confident in. Our goal is to provide the right solution and care to patients, no matter what.
