Privacy Policy

Effective Date: August 4, 2026

VeeOne Health, Inc. (“VeeOne Health,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our website and our mobile applications, including the VeeDoc mobile application (the “App”).

Information We Collect

VeeOne Health does not require visitors to register, create accounts, or provide personal information in order to browse our website.

We generally do not collect personal information from website visitors unless the visitor voluntarily provides such information by:

Contacting us by email;
Completing a contact form or requesting information;
Communicating with us regarding our products or services.

The information voluntarily provided may include a name, email address, phone number, company name, or other information included in the communication.

Website Usage Information

Like most websites, our hosting providers and technology vendors may automatically collect limited technical information necessary for website operation and security, including:

IP address;
Browser type and version;
Device information;
Date and time of access;
Pages viewed and referring websites.

This information is used solely for website administration, security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring and is not used to identify individual visitors.

VeeDoc Mobile Application

The VeeDoc App is a provider application used by authorized healthcare professionals in connection with services provided through their healthcare organization. Accounts are provisioned through the user’s organization; the App does not allow users to create accounts on their own.

Information Collected Through the App. When you use the App, we collect information you provide and limited technical information, including:

  • Profile information: first and last name, preferred display name (shown to patients in place of your full name), work email address, and mobile phone number;
  • Practice information: professional credentials and identifiers such as NPI number, DEA number, practice group, licensed states, and practice address;
  • Content you create or share: secure in-app messages, and photos, files, or documents you choose to upload or share through the App;
  • Audio and voice content associated with the App’s virtual care and communication features;
  • Approximate location information;
  • Technical information: device identifiers and crash logs used for security, diagnostics, and analytics.

How We Use App Information. We use this information to authenticate users and maintain provider profiles, display the provider’s preferred name to patients, enable virtual care sessions and secure communications, operate, secure, and improve the platform, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not use App information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

Patient and Clinical Information. Clinical and patient information accessed through the App is processed on behalf of our healthcare organization customers under our agreements with them, including business associate agreements where required by HIPAA. Such information is governed by the applicable healthcare organization’s own privacy practices.
Biometric Authentication. Users may sign in to the App using the biometric authentication feature built into their device’s operating system (such as Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint/face unlock). Biometric authentication is performed entirely on the user’s device by the operating system. VeeOne Health does not access, receive, transmit, or store any biometric data; the App receives only a confirmation from the operating system that authentication succeeded.

Data Retention

We retain information collected through the App for as long as the user’s account remains active and as needed to provide services, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified. Personal information voluntarily submitted through our website (for example, via a contact form or email) is retained only as long as necessary to respond to the inquiry, operate our business, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Data Deletion

App users may request deletion of their information by contacting their healthcare organization’s administrator or by emailing privacy@veeonehealth.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” We will respond to verified requests within 30 days and delete the requested information unless retention is required by law, regulation, or our agreements with the applicable healthcare organization. Biometric data used for sign-in never leaves the user’s device and can be managed or removed at any time through the device’s operating system settings. Uninstalling the App removes it and any locally cached data from the device, but does not by itself delete profile information; use the request process above for that.
Anyone else who believes VeeOne Health holds their personal information (for example, information submitted through our website) may use the same email process to request deletion.

How We Use Information

Any information voluntarily provided to us may be used to:

Respond to inquiries and requests;
Provide information regarding our products and services;
Improve our website and business operations;
Comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Healthcare Information

This website is intended for informational purposes only and is not designed for the collection, transmission, or storage of Protected Health Information (“PHI”). Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We do not use cookies or similar technologies to track visitors for advertising purposes. If limited technical cookies are used to support website functionality, they do not collect personal information for marketing or profiling purposes.

Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those websites. Visitors should review the privacy policies of any third-party websites they visit.

Data Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information under our control from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Children’s Privacy

This website and the App are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page together with the revised effective date.
